About the Role
Help shape how next-generation AI systems understand real-world physical actions by reviewing and annotating video of robotic arms performing designated tasks.
You’ll apply detailed grading guidelines to identify actions, outcomes, and key events within video sessions, producing accurate and structured annotations for AI training and evaluation. No prior AI experience is required, although experience with AI training, robotics, or data annotation projects is strongly preferred.
This role is well suited to professionals who are highly detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working independently, and able to maintain consistent annotation standards across large volumes of visual data.
Key Responsibilities
Video Review & Annotation
Review video footage of robotic arms executing assigned tasks.
Identify key actions, events, and outcomes within video sessions.
Apply detailed grading guidelines to accurately tag and annotate video content.
Record structured observations using designated video annotation tools and platforms.
Data Quality & Consistency
Prepare and submit annotated datasets according to project standards and milestones.
Participate in ongoing quality reviews to maintain high annotation accuracy.
Identify inconsistencies or ambiguities and work toward accurate resolutions.
Incorporate feedback to continuously improve annotation quality.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with project trainers and other contributors to resolve annotation questions.
Communicate progress, challenges, and relevant insights clearly and promptly.
Document findings and observations in accordance with project requirements.
Project Execution
Manage annotation tasks independently while meeting project milestones.
Maintain strong organization and attention to detail throughout the engagement.
Follow established workflows, grading standards, and quality requirements consistently.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience with video annotation, data labeling, or similar annotation work.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing visual data.
Ability to interpret and consistently apply detailed grading guidelines.
Familiarity with video annotation tools or software platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and self-organization.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively and resolve annotation ambiguities.
Preferred Experience
Background in AI training or machine learning data preparation.
Experience working on robotics-related projects.
Previous experience with visual data annotation at scale.
Familiarity with AI training or data-centric projects.
