Apply your administrative expertise to realistic, process-driven challenges that require strong organization, sound judgment, and coordination across multiple digital tools. This opportunity is suited to experienced administrative professionals who understand how recurring workflows operate and can translate real-world processes into clear, structured evaluation tasks.

You’ll design authentic administrative scenarios, assemble realistic business artifacts, define expert workflows and decisions, and create detailed evaluation rubrics that assess both process accuracy and professional judgment. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Task Design

  • Design realistic evaluation tasks based on real-world administrative workflows.

  • Create scenarios requiring sophisticated coordination across multiple tools and processes.

  • Develop challenges involving calendar reconciliation, travel and expense workflows, records management, and professional correspondence.

  • Ensure tasks reflect the complexity and nuance encountered by experienced administrative professionals.

Data & Artifact Creation

  • Create and assemble realistic administrative data artifacts.

  • Work with emails, calendar entries, receipts, meeting notes, and contact records.

  • Organize information across different formats to support each evaluation scenario.

  • Ensure created materials are accurate, coherent, and relevant to the workflow being evaluated.

Process Mapping & Expert Judgment

  • Define the correct solution for each administrative scenario.

  • Map the step-by-step decisions an experienced professional would take to achieve the desired outcome.

  • Document process logic, decision points, and appropriate workflow practices.

  • Incorporate professional judgment where scenarios involve multiple possible actions or nuanced decisions.

Rubric Development & Evaluation

  • Develop comprehensive grading rubrics containing 35+ criteria.

  • Assess AI agent outputs for both process adherence and nuanced administrative judgment.

  • Establish clear evaluation standards that distinguish accurate, complete, and professionally appropriate outcomes.

Process Documentation & Improvement

  • Document administrative workflows and recurring processes.

  • Evaluate inherited procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Suggest workflow improvements that reflect current administrative best practices.

  • Support consistent documentation and knowledge sharing.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Collaborate with project leads to calibrate task complexity.

  • Refine evaluation tasks based on feedback and project requirements.

  • Ensure scenarios remain aligned with authentic challenges faced by experienced professionals.

  • Communicate clearly throughout the project.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional administrative experience supporting teams or departments within mid-to-large organizations.

  • Demonstrated ownership of recurring administrative processes and workflows.

  • Experience documenting, evaluating, and improving established administrative procedures.

  • Strong process ownership and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Strong command of professional correspondence standards.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to coordinate workflows across multiple digital tools and platforms.

  • Comfortable working with different data formats, including CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents.

  • Strong written judgment and ability to evaluate different workflow decisions.

  • Ability to work independently and contribute proactively in a remote project environment.
