About the Role
Design learning experiences that are clear, measurable, engaging, and built around real learner needs. This opportunity is suited to professionals with expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or related fields who can translate learning objectives into structured programs, educational content, and practical assessments.
You’ll contribute to a dynamic remote project focused on learning program design and delivery, applying your domain expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Program Design
Define clear and measurable learning objectives for specific audiences.
Design structured learning programs from objectives through modules, activities, and assessments.
Map learning outcomes to appropriate activities and evaluation methods.
Iterate on program structures based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Educational Content Development
Create engaging educational and instructional content.
Develop presentations, learning materials, and supporting resources suitable for digital delivery.
Adapt content to different learner audiences and learning contexts.
Ensure materials are clear, practical, and learner-focused.
Assessment Design
Develop basic assessment tools, including quizzes and rubrics.
Align assessments with defined learning objectives and outcomes.
Create evaluation methods that effectively measure learner progress and achievement.
Collaboration & Communication
Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate clearly in a remote and virtual environment.
Incorporate feedback into learning programs and educational materials.
Maintain alignment with project objectives and evolving requirements.
Documentation & Quality
Document learning design processes and best practices.
Support consistent quality and knowledge sharing across project deliverables.
Manage multiple deliverables while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
Strong ability to define clear learning objectives and outcomes.
Experience designing structured learning programs and mapping objectives to activities and assessments.
Experience creating educational or instructional content for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of assessment design, including quizzes and rubrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively in virtual environments.
Experience working independently in remote or digital contexts.
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to changing project requirements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, learner-centric solutions.
