About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Personal Trainers to contribute professional fitness expertise to an AI training project.
You’ll review fitness scenarios, assess workout programs and exercise instructions, and provide practical feedback based on professional training experience.
Previous AI experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Design and review fitness programs for different goals, abilities, and client needs.
Evaluate workout plans for structure, effectiveness, and appropriate progression.
Review exercise instructions for accuracy, clarity, and safety.
Assess fitness and wellness scenarios from a professional training perspective.
Develop practical motivation and communication approaches for different client profiles.
Identify potential safety concerns or inappropriate exercise recommendations.
Provide clear written feedback and recommendations.
Collaborate remotely with other contributors when required.
Complete assignments accurately and within project deadlines.
Requirements
5+ years of professional Personal Training experience.
Current certification from a recognized fitness organization such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
Strong knowledge of exercise programming and safe training practices.
Experience designing programs for different goals and fitness levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong attention to detail.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Comfortable reviewing and evaluating fitness-related content.

Reviewing an AI-generated workout plan.

Identifying safety issues in exercise instructions.
Improving explanations of exercises and training techniques.
Creating realistic client scenarios.
Evaluating motivational or coaching responses.
Comparing different fitness recommendations.
Providing professional feedback on program design.
Compensation
$25–$40 per hour, depending on the project and assignment.
This is a contract opportunity, and available hours may vary based on project requirements.
