About the Role
Apply your critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems. You’ll work across a range of topics, analyzing and annotating data, reviewing model outputs, solving problems, and providing structured feedback based on project requirements.
Prior AI experience is not required. The role is suited to individuals who can assess information carefully, follow detailed guidelines, communicate clearly, and consistently produce accurate, high-quality work in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Data Evaluation & Annotation
Analyze, evaluate, and annotate a variety of datasets for AI training and validation.
Apply project guidelines consistently when reviewing and labeling data.
Identify issues, inconsistencies, and areas requiring improvement.
Model Output Evaluation
Review, refine, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for relevance and accuracy.
Provide clear, actionable feedback based on project requirements.
Support quality assurance processes to maintain consistent deliverable standards.
Problem Solving & Analysis
Complete tasks requiring critical thinking and sound judgment across multiple subject areas.
Analyze information carefully and develop well-reasoned responses or recommendations.
Apply attention to detail across all assigned work.
Communication & Collaboration
Communicate findings and insights clearly through written and verbal channels.
Work independently while collaborating effectively with remote team members.
Meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards consistently.
