About the Role

As a Generalist, you’ll work across a range of topics and tasks, evaluating data and model outputs, providing high-quality written feedback, and applying project guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency. No prior AI experience is required. Your ability to reason carefully, communicate clearly, and deliver precise work is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
Data Evaluation & Annotation
Analyze, evaluate, and annotate a variety of datasets to support AI system training and validation.
Review information carefully for relevance, accuracy, and quality.
Apply project-specific guidelines consistently throughout evaluation and annotation tasks.
Model Output Evaluation
Review and refine AI-generated outputs for relevance and accuracy.
Identify issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to support improvements.
Contribute practical insights across a range of topics and domains.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
Complete problem-solving tasks requiring sound judgment and analytical thinking.
Evaluate information from multiple perspectives and apply logical reasoning.
Handle varied subject matter while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
Quality Assurance
Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet project standards.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all assigned work.
Follow project requirements and quality guidelines consistently.
Communication & Collaboration
Produce clear, high-quality written input and feedback.
Communicate findings and insights effectively through written and verbal channels.
Collaborate effectively with remote team members in a digital-first environment.
