About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented Video Data Annotators to support a specialized project focused on advancing artificial intelligence systems.
In this role, you will review and annotate short video and audio clips, evaluate AI-generated descriptions, and assess multimedia content against defined guidelines. Your work will help improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI systems through high-quality annotated data and clear written feedback.
Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Review and annotate short video and audio clips, accurately labeling content according to project-specific guidelines.
Assess the accuracy and appropriateness of AI-generated descriptions for diverse multimedia content.
Evaluate content against established moderation standards and flag uncertain or inappropriate material with a clear rationale.
Provide concise written feedback identifying inaccuracies, ambiguities, and potential issues in AI-generated outputs.
Maintain accuracy, consistency, and data integrity when processing high volumes of submissions.
Follow annotation guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently across assigned tasks.
Collaborate remotely with project managers and fellow specialists to clarify requirements and support process improvements.
Identify opportunities to improve annotation workflows and share relevant feedback with project stakeholders.
Protect project data and comply with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Required Qualifications
Strong attention to detail when reviewing visual and audio content.
Ability to accurately label video and audio content according to defined guidelines.
Strong command of English, with the ability to communicate findings and feedback clearly in writing.
Ability to evaluate content against established criteria and identify inaccuracies or ambiguities.
Ability to follow content moderation standards and flag potentially inappropriate or uncertain material.
Strong written feedback and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality across repetitive tasks.
Adaptability when project requirements or annotation guidelines change.
Commitment to data confidentiality and responsible handling of sensitive information.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with video annotation, audio annotation, or multimedia data labeling.
Experience with content moderation for digital platforms.
Familiarity with guideline-based evaluation and quality assurance practices.
Experience reviewing AI-generated content or assessing the accuracy of automated descriptions.
Experience identifying process improvements and sharing best practices with remote collaborators.
Previous experience with AI training, data annotation, or data labeling projects.
