Job Description
We are selecting Training & Development Specialists to contribute to a customer's dynamic project focused on learning program design and delivery. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Scope of Work
Define clear and measurable learning objectives tailored to specific program audiences.
Design structured learning programs, including the full pathway from objectives to modules, activities, and assessments.
Create engaging educational content, such as instructional materials, presentations, and resources suitable for digital delivery.
Develop basic assessment tools (quizzes, rubrics) to effectively measure learner progress and achievement.
Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders in a remote environment, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Iterate on program design and materials based on feedback and evolving project requirements.
Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
Strong capability in defining learning outcomes and mapping them to relevant activities and assessments.
Experience designing and developing educational content for diverse audiences, especially in remote or digital contexts.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively in a virtual setting.
Knowledge of assessment creation, including quizzes and rubrics, to evaluate learning impact.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to evolving project needs.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, learner-centric solutions.
