About the Role

Apply hands-on supply chain expertise to real-world challenges involving demand planning, supplier evaluation, inventory analysis, ERP workflows, and procurement. This opportunity is suited to experienced supply chain professionals who can analyze operational data, assess supplier performance, identify inventory risks, and communicate practical recommendations clearly.

You’ll contribute your domain expertise to a project focused on developing and improving next-generation AI systems through realistic supply chain scenarios and high-quality professional input. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & Supply Chain Operations

• Use ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms at a user level.

• Support supply chain workflows and data-entry activities within ERP environments.

• Apply practical understanding of ERP-supported supply chain processes.

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Build straightforward demand forecasts using real or hypothetical data.

• Develop supply plans based on available demand and operational inputs.

• Apply basic demand-planning principles to support supply chain decision-making.

Supplier Evaluation

• Develop and complete supplier evaluation scorecards.

• Assess supplier performance across cost, quality, reliability, and service metrics.

• Apply structured approaches to supplier performance monitoring and evaluation.

• Incorporate supplier insights into broader sourcing and procurement scenarios.

Inventory & Stock Analysis

• Analyze inventory and stock levels.

• Identify discrepancies, potential shortages, and inventory-related risks.

• Use available data to support inventory and supply planning decisions.

Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare clear, actionable supply chain reports using intermediate Excel functions.

• Use pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas for supply chain analysis and reporting.

• Translate operational data into practical insights for decision support.

Procurement & Process Integration

• Combine sourcing insights with purchasing knowledge to simulate end-to-end procurement scenarios.

• Document supply chain processes and workflows.

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with leading ERP platforms in a supply chain environment.

• User-level experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems.

• Practical experience with demand planning or demand forecasting.

• Experience developing or using supplier evaluation scorecards.

• Understanding of supplier performance metrics including cost, quality, reliability, and service.

• Strong inventory and stock-level analysis capabilities.

• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic formulas.

• Experience evaluating suppliers and managing supplier relationships through structured processes.

• Understanding of sourcing and procurement workflows.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to explain supply chain concepts and analysis clearly.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deliverables independently in a remote environment.
