About the Role
Put your full-stack engineering expertise to work on challenging software-development and AI training projects involving technical problem-solving, debugging, system architecture, code evaluation, and cross-language development.
You’ll work across both front-end and back-end systems to create, solve, review, and validate complex engineering tasks. The work may also involve translating complete coding builds from one programming language into another.
This role is designed for engineers with meaningful hands-on experience across the application stack—not those focused exclusively on either front-end or back-end development.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
Develop, modify, and debug front-end and back-end application components.
Build user-facing features and the services, APIs, and data models supporting them.
Work across the complete application stack to solve complex engineering tasks.
Translate full coding implementations between programming languages where required.
Systems & Architecture
Trace requests and data across browsers, front-end applications, APIs, services, databases, and external integrations.
Work within unfamiliar repositories and understand existing application architecture.
Contribute to the architecture and implementation of complete software systems.
Diagnose issues across application state, API contracts, authentication, persistence, networking, and deployment.
Code Evaluation & Quality
Evaluate and improve code written in multiple programming languages.
Review AI-generated software solutions for:
Correctness
Completeness
Performance
Security
Maintainability
Identify technical weaknesses and determine appropriate improvements.
Debugging & Technical Problem Solving

Trace problems across multiple layers of the technology stack.
Analyze unfamiliar codebases and determine how existing components interact.
Develop practical solutions to challenging software-engineering problems.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong professional experience developing production full-stack applications.
Meaningful hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end engineering.
Production experience with multiple programming languages.
Strong understanding of:
Browser applications
APIs
Application state
Databases
Service integration
Experience understanding and contributing to complete software-system architecture.
Ability to work effectively within unfamiliar repositories and codebases.
Strong debugging and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to evaluate software for correctness, performance, security, and maintainability.
Programming Languages
Experience with multiple programming languages is required. Relevant technologies include:
Python
