We are seeking experienced Senior Accountant Experts to contribute specialized accounting knowledge to an AI-focused customer project. This is an opportunity to apply real-world expertise in financial reporting, audit, financial modeling, tax compliance, and financial documentation to the evaluation and development of high-quality AI training data.
No prior AI experience is required. Your accounting expertise, analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to provide clear, actionable feedback are the core of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Review, evaluate, and annotate financial reports and statements for accuracy and completeness.
Assess financial information against established accounting standards.
Identify inaccuracies, gaps, and areas requiring clarification or improvement.
Apply professional accounting judgment to complex financial scenarios.
Audit & Compliance
Assess and critique audit procedures across diverse business scenarios.
Identify procedural gaps, best practices, and relevant regulatory considerations.
Analyze tax compliance practices and supporting documentation.
Identify potential compliance risks and areas requiring attention.
Financial Modeling
Create and evaluate financial models.
Assess model structure, logic, accuracy, and usability.
Identify issues that could affect the reliability or usefulness of financial analysis.
Provide actionable feedback to improve financial models and outputs.
Financial & Legal Document Review
Review a variety of financial and legal documents.
Evaluate documents for clarity, correctness, completeness, and regulatory alignment.
Provide detailed feedback on issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
AI Data Evaluation & Feedback
Support the development and evaluation of datasets used for AI training.
Review and annotate project materials using professional accounting expertise.
Deliver clear, constructive written and verbal feedback.
Communicate findings effectively with cross-functional teams.
Apply experience with human data processes such as labeling, annotation, or model evaluation where applicable.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of corporate-level accounting experience, including experience handling complex financial scenarios.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, audit procedures, financial modeling, and tax compliance.
Experience reviewing financial and legal documentation.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
Ability to identify issues, assess risks, and provide actionable recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver clear and constructive feedback.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and willingness to apply accounting expertise in innovative contexts.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience with data labeling, annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
Experience contributing to human data or AI training projects.
Familiarity with applying professional expertise to structured evaluation or annotation workflows.
Prior AI experience is not required.
