About the Role
Apply your expertise in business strategy, structured problem-solving, and executive communication to complex, real-world business challenges. This role is suited to experienced strategy analysts, management consultants, and business advisory professionals who can turn ambiguous problems and scattered information into clear frameworks, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations.
You’ll work in a remote project environment, collaborating with project leads to develop high-quality deliverables and contribute domain expertise to the training and evaluation of next-generation AI systems. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Business Problem Structuring
Analyze complex and ambiguous business problems.
Structure challenges into clear, logical, and actionable frameworks.
Identify key issues, hypotheses, and decision points.
Research, Synthesis & Recommendations
Aggregate and synthesize scattered or unstructured information.
Distill complex information into concise insights.
Develop clear recommendations supported by available evidence and analysis.
Highlight key findings and actionable next steps.
Executive Presentations
Build polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
Translate analysis and findings into clear, compelling narratives.
Present information in a concise format appropriate for senior stakeholders.
Develop slides that communicate key findings and 1–2 actionable recommendations.
Quantitative Analysis
Conduct basic quantitative analysis using Excel.
Use data to support recommendations and validate hypotheses.
Apply sound analytical judgment when interpreting results.
Communication & Collaboration
Communicate insights clearly in written and verbal formats.
Collaborate with project leads to refine deliverables.
Ensure work aligns with project objectives and expectations.
Work effectively within a remote environment.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, business analyst, or similar business advisory professional.
Strong ability to structure ambiguous business problems and develop actionable frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize unstructured information into clear narratives and recommendations.
Advanced proficiency in creating polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
Strong analytical skills and comfort with basic quantitative analysis in Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in remote and virtual environments.
Experience working independently with minimal guidance.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing concise, high-impact deliverables.
Ability to collaborate effectively with project leads and incorporate feedback.
