About the Role
Apply your CRM and sales operations expertise to help evaluate and improve next-generation AI systems.
This role focuses on real-world CRM workflows, sales processes, automation logic, data quality, and operational practices. You’ll assess AI-generated outputs, provide structured feedback, document CRM processes and pain points, and contribute practical examples that help improve how AI systems understand and perform CRM operations.
Prior paid experience with AI data work—including annotation, labeling, RLHF, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading—is valuable but not required. Simply using AI tools such as ChatGPT in your day-to-day work does not count as prior human-data experience.

Review CRM records, data, and user interactions to support AI training objectives.

Stakeholder Communication
Deliver clear, detailed written feedback to project stakeholders and model development teams.
Explain CRM workflows, operational decisions, and process issues in a way that is useful to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM and sales operations.
