About the Role
Put your creative and multimedia expertise to work on projects focused on improving next-generation AI systems and the tools used to create digital content.
You’ll complete structured tasks across professional creative applications, evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs, and provide detailed feedback based on real-world creative workflows. Your practical experience will help assess accuracy, usability, realism, and workflow quality across a range of creative disciplines.
No prior AI experience is required. Your creative expertise and ability to identify, explain, and document issues are the primary qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design Tasks
Complete structured tasks using creative applications relevant to your area of expertise.
Work across disciplines including graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, and related creative workflows.
Use professional creative tools to complete assigned project tasks and deliverables.
AI Output Evaluation
Evaluate AI-generated design and media outputs for accuracy, usability, and realism.
Assess outputs against professional creative workflows and practical standards.
Identify unexpected behavior, rendering issues, export problems, and workflow breaks.
Annotation & Quality Evaluation
Provide detailed annotations and constructive feedback based on defined project criteria.
Assign quality ratings consistently according to project guidelines.
Document observations and improvement suggestions related to creative processes and tool usage.
Documentation & Delivery
Clearly document creative-tool issues and workflow problems so they can be understood and reproduced by others.
Submit project deliverables within agreed timelines.
Maintain the quality standards established for each assignment.
Communicate project findings and observations clearly.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of professional experience using creative or design tools.
Practical experience in one or more relevant areas, including graphic design, motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, fashion design, presentation design, or audio/sound work.
Proficiency with the creative applications relevant to your area of expertise.
Ability to identify unexpected tool behavior, rendering or export issues, and workflow problems.
Ability to document technical or creative issues clearly enough for others to understand and reproduce.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Dependable internet connection and readiness to participate promptly.
No formal degree required; practical creative experience is the key qualification.
Preferred Experience
Previous paid human-data experience supporting AI training, including:
Data labeling
Data annotation
RLHF
AI output evaluation
Model evaluation
Rubric-based grading
Experience evaluating AI-generated creative or multimedia outputs.
Experience working across multiple creative applications or disciplines.
