About the Role
Apply your sales and go-to-market expertise to the review and reconstruction of executive-level business presentations. You’ll work with slides covering sales, revenue, and GTM topics, rebuilding them in Microsoft PowerPoint while improving visual storytelling, content clarity, hierarchy, and data visualization.
You’ll also document the reasoning behind your decisions, explaining both what you changed and what you deliberately left untouched. The role requires strong commercial judgment, presentation expertise, critical thinking, and the ability to communicate decisions clearly. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Presentation Reconstruction
Review images of existing sales, revenue, and GTM presentations designed for executive audiences.
Rebuild slides accurately in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Improve visual hierarchy, storytelling, data visualization, and overall presentation quality.
Edit and enhance slide content while preserving or strengthening the underlying message.
Presentation Evaluation
Assess presentation effectiveness based on:
Message hierarchy
Action-oriented titles
Exhibit selection
Data visualization
Audience relevance
Executive-level clarity
Identify areas where content, design, or messaging can be improved.
Reasoning & Decision Documentation
Create a comprehensive reasoning log for each assignment.
Document every significant change made and explain the rationale behind it.
Explain why specific elements were intentionally left unchanged.
Clearly defend design, content, and messaging decisions.
Project Delivery
Participate in project-based, sprint-style assignments.
Complete tasks typically requiring approximately 1–2 hours each.
Deliver accurate, polished, executive-ready work within project requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in one or more of:

Sales Enablement
Demonstrated experience creating or refining executive-level presentations for leadership, board, or customer audiences.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
Expertise in presentation design, content editing, data visualization, and visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of executive presentation structure, messaging, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to critically evaluate slides and identify opportunities to improve clarity and effectiveness.
Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate and defend presentation decisions.
Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of sales, revenue, and/or GTM concepts.
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a remote environment.
Deep subject-matter expertise is valued; consulting experience is not required.
Experience with AI training, evaluation, or rubric-writing is an advantage but not required.
