About this role

This is a remote Tax Agent contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on finance & accounting projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience as a tax agent or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Cameroon (GMT+1)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Cameroon

At $20–$40 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $1,600–$3,200 per month — well above the Cameroon mid-level local band of $900–$2,800 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from XAF volatility.
