Pay and what it means in Malawi

At $50–$100 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $4,000–$8,000 per month — well above the Malawi mid-level local band of $650–$2,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from MWK volatility.
