You will work asynchronously with international teams on video & motion projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. • A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Sierra Leone

At $20–$100 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $1,600–$8,000 per month — well above the Sierra Leone mid-level local band of $650–$2,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from SLE volatility.
