About this role

This is a remote Private Equity Associate contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on finance & accounting projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Requirements

• Proven experience as a private equity associate or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Sierra Leone (GMT)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Sierra Leone

At $100–$200 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $8,000–$16,000 per month — well above the Sierra Leone mid-level local band of $650–$2,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from SLE volatility.
