About this role

This is a remote Physician Talent Network contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. What you will do

• Deliver physician talent network work to an agreed quality bar and deadline
• Collaborate asynchronously across time zones using written updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a physician talent network or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Ghana (GMT)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Ghana

At $100–$200 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $8,000–$16,000 per month — well above the Ghana mid-level local band of $1,100–$3,600 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from GHS volatility.
