About this role

This is a remote Personal Finance Advisor / Certified Financial Planner® contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on finance & accounting projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Requirements

• Proven experience as a personal finance advisor / certified financial planner® or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Guinea-Bissau (GMT)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Guinea-Bissau

At $100–$160 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $8,000–$12,800 per month — well above the Guinea-Bissau mid-level local band of $600–$1,800 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from XOF volatility.
