About this role

This is a remote Nursing Talent Network contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. What you will do

Requirements

• Proven experience as a nursing talent network or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Mauritania (GMT)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Mauritania

At $50–$90 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $4,000–$7,200 per month — well above the Mauritania mid-level local band of $700–$2,200 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from MRU volatility.
