About this role

This is a remote Lawyer Talent Network contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Requirements

• Proven experience as a lawyer talent network or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Egypt (GMT+2)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Egypt

At $80–$150 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $6,400–$12,000 per month — well above the Egypt mid-level local band of $1,200–$4,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from EGP volatility.
