Graphic & UX/UI Designer Talent Network jobs across Africa

About this role

This is a remote Graphic & UX/UI Designer Talent Network contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. What you will do

• Deliver graphic & ux/ui designer talent network work to an agreed quality bar and deadline
• Collaborate asynchronously across time zones using written updates
• Iterate on reviewer feedback and keep quality scores high
• Track your own hours and submit them for USD payout

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic & ux/ui designer talent network or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Ethiopia (GMT+3)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Ethiopia

At $40–$75 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $3,200–$6,000 per month — well above the Ethiopia mid-level local band of $900–$3,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from ETB volatility.
