Pay and what it means in Lesotho

At $45–$225 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $3,600–$18,000 per month — well above the Lesotho mid-level local band of $700–$2,100 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from LSL volatility.
