FreeCAD Expert (BIM & IFC Focus) jobs across Africa

About this role

This is a remote FreeCAD Expert (BIM & IFC Focus) contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on cad & design engineering projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. What you will do

• Deliver freecad expert (bim & ifc focus) work to an agreed quality bar and deadline
• Collaborate asynchronously across time zones using written updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a freecad expert (bim & ifc focus) or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Zimbabwe (GMT+2)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Zimbabwe

At $30–$120 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $2,400–$9,600 per month — well above the Zimbabwe mid-level local band of $900–$3,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from USD volatility.
