Pay and what it means in Namibia

At $45–$75 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $3,600–$6,000 per month — well above the Namibia mid-level local band of $1,000–$3,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from NAD volatility.
