About this role

This is a remote Equity Research Expert contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on domain experts projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Requirements

• Proven experience as a equity research expert or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Zambia (GMT+2)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Zambia

At $120–$120 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $9,600–$9,600 per month — well above the Zambia mid-level local band of $850–$2,800 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from ZMW volatility.
