About this role

This is a remote DevOps / Platform Engineer Talent Network contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Requirements

• Proven experience as a devops / platform engineer talent network or in a closely related role
• Professional written English and reliable async communication
• A laptop and stable internet in Democratic Republic of the Congo (GMT+1)
• A USD payout method such as Payoneer, Wise or a domiciliary account

Pay and what it means in Democratic Republic of the Congo

At $60–$100 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $4,800–$8,000 per month — well above the Democratic Republic of the Congo mid-level local band of $800–$2,600 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from CDF volatility.
