About this role

This is a remote Compliance & Risk Specialist Talent Network contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Pay and what it means in Senegal

At $60–$90 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $4,800–$7,200 per month — well above the Senegal mid-level local band of $1,000–$3,200 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from XOF volatility.
