About this role

This is a remote Community Specialist contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Pay and what it means in Togo

At $20–$25 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $1,600–$2,000 per month — well above the Togo mid-level local band of $750–$2,300 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from XOF volatility.
