You will work asynchronously with international teams on voice & speech projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Pay and what it means in Kenya

At $45–$225 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $3,600–$18,000 per month — well above the Kenya mid-level local band of $1,200–$4,200 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from KES volatility.
