About this role

This is a remote Biologist Talent Network contract open to candidates across Africa. You will work asynchronously with international teams on talent networks projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Pay and what it means in Zimbabwe

At $45–$80 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $3,600–$6,400 per month — well above the Zimbabwe mid-level local band of $900–$3,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from USD volatility.
