Pay and what it means in Sierra Leone

At $18–$42 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $1,440–$3,360 per month — well above the Sierra Leone mid-level local band of $650–$2,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from SLE volatility.
