Pay and what it means in Ghana

At $25–$55 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $2,000–$4,400 per month — well above the Ghana mid-level local band of $1,100–$3,600 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from GHS volatility.
