You will work asynchronously with international teams on voice & speech projects, choosing your own hours and invoicing in USD. Pay and what it means in Ghana

At $50–$250 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $4,000–$20,000 per month — well above the Ghana mid-level local band of $1,100–$3,600 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from GHS volatility.
