Pay and what it means in Tanzania

At $5–$60 per hour, twenty billable hours a week works out to roughly $400–$4,800 per month — well above the Tanzania mid-level local band of $900–$3,000 per month. Payment is made in USD, so your earnings are insulated from TZS volatility.
